Refund Policy

Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no Pet Hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all package slips included with the return. Once we receive your item an Epic Rain employee will inspect the item. If for any reason the item cannot be returned the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. If shipping cost is not paid after 10 days the item returned will automatically become damaged goods.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.

Returns must be received within 20 calendar days of placing your order. International orders have 35 days from the order date to return merchandise. No returns in the United States are accepted after 20 days.No returns from international accepted after 35 days.

Returns will be issued an online Gift Card to be used for a future purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs.

Defects or Damaged Items
Please be sure to inspect your items within 2 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 2 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue. Any item defects found after 2 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.

Due to limited quantities per style we can’t guarantee an exchange will be possible. You may ask for the exchange and we will only exchange if we have the item in stock, therefore, returns/store credit will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card.

Clearance/Final Sale
All Sale Items are Final. No Returns on Sale Items. Customer Returns will be issued refunds in the form of digital Gift Cards.
